Coaching Services

Family Coaching

If someone in your family is living with a mental health condition, it can affect the entire household. You may be struggling to:

  • Understand your loved one’s experience
  • Set healthy and respectful boundaries
  • Support without enabling
  • Manage your own emotional response
  • Keep the family connected while protecting your wellbeing

Family coaching provides psychoeducation, guidance and structure to help you better support your loved one without losing yourself in the process. Together, we’ll work to build stronger communication, realistic expectations, and healthier family patterns.

Relationship Coaching for Couples

Whether you're feeling stuck in recurring conflicts, emotionally distant, or simply want to strengthen your partnership, couples coaching can help you:

  • Navigate difficult conversations
  • Improve emotional intimacy
  • Rebuild trust
  • Break negative communication cycles
  • Align on values, goals, and boundaries

Coaching is action-focused and designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence—whether you're dating, married, or in long-term partnership.

Important Information About Coaching

Available Anywhere

Coaching sessions are conducted in person or virtually and available to individuals, couples, and families throughout the United States and internationally.

Coaching vs. Therapy: Important Distinction

While I am a licensed psychotherapist, coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
Coaching can help with:

  • Identifying and reaching family or life goals
  • Improving communication and boundaries
  • Changing behaviors that are no longer working
  • Psychoeducation

However, coaching cannot address mental health conditions such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma-related disorders
  • Substance abuse
  • Bipolar disorder or psychosis

If you or a loved one are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition, it is essential to seek treatment from a Licensed Mental Health Professional or Physician in your area.

Fees and Insurance

The fee for service is $225 per 50-minute session. Fees are payable through cash, checks, Zelle, Apple Pay, or SquareUp on the day the services are rendered. Because coaching is not a medical treatment, typically insurance will not cover the cost.
