Between-Session phone consultation 15-30 minutes        $80

Between-Session phone consultation 31-50 minutes        $165

Reports, records, status report preparation, treatment summary etc.,           $165/hr 

I currently do not accept insurance. 

If you would like to use your insurance I can provide you with a superbill (invoice) to submit directly to insurance for reimbursement. Please note that any time you utilize insurance a medical diagnosis must be provided which becomes part of your permanent record.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
               What is my deductible and has it been met?
               How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
               What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
               Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I do offer sliding scale on a limited basis. The reduced fee amount will be determined by annual household income.
